Technical Features

  • Stainless steel frame, with Pyrex tank and lid, can put and fix 2 cylinders, without steel ring to avoid floating. There are 2 flow meters, and 1 control box contains all electronic devices;
  • The stainless steel frame can be tested at 88℃;
  • Aluminum cover, there are 2 holes on it to put the cylinder, the locking clip can fix the cylinder and the thermometer jacket;
  • Electronic heating bath with agitator on it;
  • Stainless steel heater;
  • The stainless steel refrigeration ring, when connected to the cooling water source, can control the bath temperature to 24℃, which meets the requirements of ASTM D892 serial number 1;
  • The adjustable flow meter is connected with needle valve, support frame and exhauster;
  • Two exhausters, original Norton (aluminum ball) or Mott (stainless steel cylinder), with certain penetration and aperture;
  • Two 1000ml scaled Pyrex cylinders with rubber plugs and air inlet and outlet pipes on them;
  • Microcomputer controller, PID function, digital display temperature (continuous display during testing), degree 0.1°C,Pt100 RTD temperature probe;
  • It is very convenient to access the control box
